These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") define the rules that govern the use of the website instafollow.kz (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and all services available through the Site.

Use of the Site means the User's unconditional consent to these terms of use.

General terms

1.1. These terms of use are an agreement between the Company and the user governing the use of the Site and its services.
1.2. By using this website, the user agrees to the terms of use and accepts them completely and unconditionally.
1.3. The company reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time without prior notice to users.
1.4. The use of the website is possible only in compliance with the current legislation of Kazakhstan.

Use of the Site

2.1. In accordance with these Terms of Use, We provide User with services to increase the number of likes, subscribers, groups, reposts and polls in the social network Instagram.
2.2. To purchase these services, simply select the desired package from the list of offers on the website, enter your social network profile details and complete the ordering process after registering on the site in advance.
2.3. Any attempt to modify, copy, commercially distribute or otherwise infringe materials provided under the terms of use will automatically terminate the service.
2.4. Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing your online conduct.
2.5. Any action that may disrupt the operation of the Site, cause damage to the Site, or violate the rights and interests of our users is prohibited.
2.6 . The user is responsible for the use of his/her account and unauthorized access to it by third parties.
2.7. Any action aimed at obtaining unauthorized access to the Site, its content or databases is prohibited.
2.8. The Company has the right to access information posted by users on the Website , in the framework of ensuring the performance of the website and its services.
2.9. The Company has the right to block the user's access to the site in case of violation of the terms of use by the user.
2.10. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time without prior notice.

Age and Geographic Restriction 

3. Our Services are restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are residents of Kazakhstan or other countries in which we are authorized to provide our Services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are not physically located in any of the following countries or territories:
Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russian Federation, Belarus, Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, Myanmar (Burma), Central African Republic, China, Congo DR, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, Sudan, Venezuela, and Yemen. 
This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change at any time without notice. 
3.1. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time and from any location. 

Registration, order and payment

4.1 In order to use our site, you will be required to create an account and provide us with certain information such as your name and surname, email address and phone number.
4.2. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information and to update such information when necessary.
4.3. After registration of an account, you can browse the website by the range of the services. User may purchase likes, subscribers, and views in quantity or as a package. In turn, packages are divided in accordance with the quantity of likes, subscribers, and views. Additionally, users have the option to purchase a premium package that includes additional preferences. More information available in the package description.
4.4. After selecting desired services, the user must provide his/her name, last name, email address, phone number, and credit or debit card information. Currently, Mastercard and Visa credit/debit card payments in US dollars (USD) or Kazakhstan tenge (KZT) are accepted. Additional payment options could be introduced in the future.
4.5. In addition, the user must provide a link to his Instagram account in order for us to provide the service.
4.6. The amounts of fees and commissions may be increased by the amount of VAT in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
4.7. Depending on the availability of the services you have selected on our Site, it may take up to seven business days for the service to be provided from the date of payment confirmation.
4.8. Please note that all payments are processed by a 3rd party payment provider and therefore we do not store your payment data.
4.9. Additionally, we provide users with the opportunity to top-up their registered and verified account for subsequent payment for services on our website.

Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All content presented on the Site (including, but not limited to, text materials, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio and video files, program codes and scripts) is the property of our company or our partners and is protected by copyright law and other applicable legislation on the protection of intellectual property. No content on the Site may be used without the prior written permission of the copyright holder.

Confidentiality

6.1. We strictly adhere to the privacy policy and do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by applicable law and as provided in the Privacy Policy itself.
6.2. We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of other sites that may be linked to from our Site.

Disclaimer

7.1. We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the use or inability to use our Site or any information contained on the Site.
7.2. We do not warrant that the Site will operate without error or interruption, or that the Site will be free of viruses or other harmful software.
7.3. We are not responsible for the content of any sites and links linked to our Site or presented on our Site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the Instafollow website . User may use any such linked website at his own risk.
7.4. We reserve the right to change the Site or its content, including the Terms of Use, at any time without prior notice.

Consent to the processing of personal data

8.1. By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.2. You agree that we may use your personal data to operate the Site, provide services and improve the quality of the services provided.

Refund policy

9.1. The services are considered rendered in the absence of a reasoned refusal to accept the rendered services from the User.
9.2. If the User is dissatisfied with the quality of the services provided, User can apply to the Company with a claim, in which User describes the reasons and grounds for the refund of funds previously paid by the User for the ordered services.
9.3. Refunds are possible only in cases of improper provision of services by the Company.
Claim letters about the inadequate quality of services provided by the User can be sent to the official email address of the Company specified in clause 12.1.
9.4. After the Company receives an appeal from the User, the Company considers such an appeal and provides the User with a response. If the Company considers the User's requirements legitimate and justified, the Company may return the paid funds to the User. Refunds are made to the same bank accounts from which such funds were paid. Additionally, the Company has the right to withhold a commission fee in the amount of 10% of the payment amount for the transfer of funds to the User.
9.5. In cases where the User mistakenly ordered a service and such a service was not provided by the Company, the User has the right to apply to the Company with a request to return the erroneously paid money. The Company considers the User's request and provides a response within ten days. In case of a positive decision of the Company, the funds are returned to the same bank accounts from which they were paid to the Company, minus the commission costs that may arise when returning the funds.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
10.2. In the event of disputes between the website and the user, the parties should seek to resolve them through negotiations.
10.3. If the disputes that have arisen cannot be resolved through negotiations, any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Final provisions

11.1. These terms of use are the only agreement between the Company and the User regarding the use of the website services.
11.2. If any provision of these terms of use is invalid or illegal under the laws of Kazakhstan, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
